  • The role of boards in the oversight of human resources strategy and risk management has grown in importance. As an experienced chair and director, as well as serving board committees as an internal executive, Steve has supported recruitment, succession and development for directors, CEO’s and executive teams, as well as the development of board KPIs, scorecards and talent risk management strategies.
